Farber Coach Works is an extension of insurance companies, brokers and car manufacturers. Our systems and processes are specifically designed to ensure that the claims process is made as painless as possible for everyone.
We know your time is tight. We therefore aim for the quote, drop off and handover services to be as quick and convenient as possible for you. Let your convenience requests be known and we will endeavor to fulfill them.
Whilst we endeavor to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible, we do not cut corners. We fix your vehicle properly – the first time. We know not having a vehicle is an inconvenience but not having it fixed properly is even more inconvenient.
Our rates are competitive but we do not do things on the cheap. Your road safety and the re-instated value of one of your greatest assets comes first. We are a professional business and will treat you accordingly.
Every client is allocated a Service Advisor who keeps the nominated individual updated on the status of the repair at all times, depending on the clients preference.
All necessary information is managed up front to ensure no hidden surprises. A thorough Repair Protocol and Check-In Document are discussed and agreed before any work commences.
Should customers wish, they can call the Service Advisor or Branch Manager at any time should they have queries.
Ethical business practice is everything. No corners will be cut. What we quote for, we will do. Your vehicle is one of your greatest assets and we will ensure it will remain so. Your road safety is our priority.
Although we endeavor to delight every customer there is the odd and rare occasion where we make small errors. We take this incredibly seriously. The Branch Manager, Senior Management and Directors are informed immediately and swift corrective action is taken.
